Day 0- 1st Sunday
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US 05:00 PM

Chilled out at the Crow's Nest until my room was ready, where I met a fun couple John and Kelly.

Mandatory meeting at the lifeboat.

An interesting looking Broward Sheriff's Office boat- like a stealth sneaker.

Had drinks on the aft Lido deck "Bon Voyage Party" with John and Kelly, then dinner at the middle pool area.

Headed to the "singles" gathering at 9pm at the piano bar.

I meet Lisa and her family. She is from West Virginia and my main buddy for the trip.
There were maybe a handful of couples in their 20s to 40s, and generally everyone else was very old.

A late night of dancing at Northern Lights.

Early on the trip it was typical for crew members to ask if I was Filipino. When encountering white people it was typical for them to ask if I was a crew member, somewhat understandable as I was the only Asian male passenger I saw on the boat, and there were maybe a couple Asian females.

Day 1- 2nd Monday
At Sea

Hit the gym.

Chili cheese dog and make your own tacos for lunch.

After dinner I meet up with Lisa for some slots, pina coladas, and "Russian" roulette.

A second late night of dancing at Northern Lights.

Day 2- 3rd Tuesday
At Sea

Missed breakfast due to time change.
Attended 11am diamond and Tanzanite seminar.

Hit the gym.

Did karaoke, the first song by myself and dedicated to Lisa's upcoming 40th birthday, and the second Alison and I did as a duet.

After this I had several encounters with other passengers where for instance on the elevator they would ask for my autograph. Good stuff.

We are a little late to "the magician" at 10pm as Lisa would call it.

My only pic of Alison, a new friend who is English but has lived in South Florida since the 80s.

A third late night of dancing at Northern Lights.
